Strep throat and stimming :(

I called the RE and they said that the antibiotics will not be a problem and that everything should be fine, but I feel nervous that this illness is going to negatively affect my cycle.  My ER shouldnt be until late next week (like Sat 6/11) so I should be healthy by then. Right??   I just hate being sick and the boys are sick on top of it...... ughh!! I feel stupid complaining about their runny noses and my strep but I am so sick and tired of everyone being sick.  It's been a month and I just want to get them and me back to normal.

 

Anyone have any experience being sick during treatment?  Anything other than a ton of fluids that I can do?  Am I worried about nothing?

I had strep during my successful IVF!  Sorry, the exclamation point seems inappropriately appropriate.  It was about the same time as your in terms of stimming.  With antibiotics you will feel better in 48 hours (in my experience of multiple streps a year - I am due to have my tonsils out...)  I hear you about being fed up with people being sick.  Take care of you, though, you need rest, liquids and ZEN right now!!  Good luck and keep us posted and feel better!

I got strep the cycle I got my twins.   Days before the ER.    I was sure the fever would cook my eggs, but the nurses said not to worry.   The good thing with strep is that the antibiotics work and you feel better very quickly.      GL!
